Plan clear manual number calls in a waiting area
Use a number screen as a visual cue while keeping responsibility for the queue with your staff.
Explain the numbering process when visitors arrive. A visible number only helps when people know which number belongs to them and where to go after the call.
A staff member can enter the next number in SendNumber so connected displays show it. Ticket issuing and queue decisions remain part of your existing process; the app does not automate them.
Avoid unnecessary visitor names in the display title and number cue. Check the screen from the waiting seats, and provide a spoken or personal alternative for visitors who cannot see it.
Agree how to repeat a missed call and what to do if a device loses its connection. Test the setup before visitors arrive and keep a manual call process ready.
